Hi everyone- I missed talking with you all. I hope you haven't totally given up on me. (Sorry, Kami.) By the way, this entry is dedicated to Kami in hopes that she will get over her cold soon. That said, I think that I have reached an all-term low this week. I am failing pop quizzes and losing faith in myself. I find every minute that I am just daydreaming about love, and finding it, and etc, etc, etc...love is really what i live for right now, but I'm kind of afraid I'll miss seeing it while I'm looking so hard, cliche though that may be.
I had a great conversation with a friend online today. It went thus:[AIM names have been altered] tremolis531: still no one here for me
goonymonkeyfeets: aw
goonymonkeyfeets: just wait
tremolis531: it's very sad
tremolis531: there are good looking ppl and all
tremolis531: but i'm sick of the casual dating cycle
goonymonkeyfeets: and one day you'll look up and the man of your dreamies will be reading under a tree in the park and you'll notice that hes reading a book you looove and strike up a convo and then you will get married
tremolis531: EXACTLY
tremolis531: you understand me
goonymonkeyfeets: of course i do
goonymonkeyfeets: i've only known you for 4 years
tremolis531: i love you sooo much
eclectic531: yupyup
goonymonkeyfeets: :-*
tremolis531: and if i don't find him we can just ride off into the sunset together, darling
goonymonkeyfeets: of course
goonymonkeyfeets: wiht jon
tremolis531: of course
I read Romeo and Juliet a lot. It comforts me. My guy friends say they can't stomach it or it's a girl's story, but I would like to take this opportunity to point out to the web-connected world that it was written by a guy. For what it's worth, though I think it makes no difference, a straight guy. Honestly, just enjoy good literature and good love and ignore the macho complex. Nuff said. Yours, Kat
